By purchasing or downloading any product from Ezerkoesz Ventures AS ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
2. Products
We sell digital products including Notion templates, Obsidian vaults, spreadsheet templates, and other downloadable files. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
3. License
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product files with third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All products, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of Ezerkoesz Ventures AS. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying files or designs.
5. Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any template or tool will meet your specific requirements or produce specific business results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ezerkoesz Ventures AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
