Refund Policy
We stand behind our products. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.
1. Digital Products
All products sold by Ezerkoesz Ventures AS are digital downloads (Notion templates, Obsidian vaults, spreadsheet templates, and similar files). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The product file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened
- The product was materially different from its description on the sales page
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not extensively used the product
3. When Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds will generally not be issued if:
- You changed your mind after downloading the product
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake (contact us — we may offer an exchange)
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
- You have violated the license terms (e.g. redistributed the product)
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@ezerkoesz.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
